BODY FOUND
-No details as to where or how the body was found have yet been released.
-Jacque was missing for two years when her body was discovered on Wednesday.
-Jacque's POS husband, Clay Waller, with whom she was in the process of a contentious divorce when she "disappeared", is in jail on a 5 year federal sentence for threatening Jacque's sister, Cheryl Brenneke, over the internet after Jacque's disappearance.
-Clay Waller's murder trial is scheduled to begin in a few months, September 2013. He pleaded "not guilty" to the charges in August of last year.
There's a lot of circumstantial evidence against him, as detailed upthread. Now that LE has a body, the case against him is much stronger; no chance for the defense to claim Jacque ran off and abandoned her family. Clay Waller's going down. IMO.
A message on the Find Jacque S Waller Facebook page posted Thursday said:
“It is with a heavy heart I deliver this message. Our daughter, mother, sister and friend has been found. God has planned everything well to place us in this very moment. God guided the law enforcement officials, searchers, K9s and most of all the prayers being sent to the prison to weigh heavily on clays mind. We thank everyone of you who has supported us and assisted us in this terrible nightmare. We have no arrangements as of yet but we will be able to lay our Jacque Sue to rest....finally. God Bless you all!”
Jacque's triplets are living with her sister, Cheryl.
