If she was the aggressor how come you think she will walk?

If i lose my temper with a woman she can kill me with her shoes and its justified?

What if it had been the other way around and he had took off his boot and caved her head in with it? Would he have walked?

The dead don't talk. I'm just not sure they'll be able to prove she was the aggressor or disprove the self defense claim.
