Sounds like conspiracy theory b.s. to me. I have no doubt that politics and race brought this case to the forefront but from there, I think the trial has been fairly even. Granted, Nelson and West have had issues but I've agreed with most if not all of her rulings and I don't think she sided heavily with the prosecution (example: her ruling to allow the toxicology report in which the defense elected not to use).

We'll need to rename the country New 'Spanics before New Africa.

I guess I just had to make that post to show us all how good we have had it in this thread. As long as it has ben this thread was conducted rather well I think.
