I hope she gets quite a bit of time for the 9 guilty verdicts. I don't think she was innocent in her husband's death.
I didn't realize that the insurance fraud charges were dropped when the murder charges were dropped.
So, Sneiderman's been convicted of making false statements to police about an affair, which equated to interfering with the apprehension of a criminal. She was found not guilty of lying about knowing of the murder details beforehand and wasn't charged with murder or conspiracy.
4 years or less jail time and she's already collected over $2 million in life insurance pay-outs on Rusty's two life insurance policies.
Since the fraud charge was dropped, I wonder if she gets to keep the money when she's released? Unless the insurance company files a suit against her, I'm assuming so.
