What the hell are you talking about? Because of his position in the military he had access to the database/s that housed classified info, military intelligence. He downloaded it and gave it the fuck away. He'll only do about 8 yrs. and is getting off lucky. They should have thrown his ass in the slammer and kept him there for the rest of his life.
