Well I don't really see where I was saying anything was fact... I was commenting that the whole story seemed suspicious.

And yes, my opinion is that it was ridiculous that no one seemed to be considering the whole call may have been bogus. That's why I said people were being ridiculous.

Because now that it turns out there wasn't a gun according to police, and Shellie has recanted everything on the advice of her lawyer, it is ridiculous, isn't it?

And I'm not worried about my balls in the least... it's your game, I just have to play by the rules better apparently.
