I don't think Zeneida Gonzales has a very strong case, tbh.

But, I hope she does and I hope she wins the defamation suit and is awarded a large sum that sucks up any monies Casey Anthony could make selling her story.

The deposition by Gonzales's lawyer is supposed to take place tomorrow, October 9^th. Anthony's attorneys are still trying to shield her from having to answer questions about her actions when Caylee was supposedly missing.

If the judge rules that she has to answer such queries, Anthony's attorneys have filed a motion that her testimony be sealed and unavailable to media and the public. They've also asked that she be allowed to answer questions remotely, rather than appearing in court (for her own safety, of course).

Really hoping that Casey Anthony is finally required to answer questions under oath and that the transcripts are made available to the public.
