Good Lord, I found it! 
Be amazed and humbled, for greatness walks among you. In a very XXXL shape!!
We had just arrived in Aden and this was after 3 weeks of total debauchery. I think my kidneys actually kicked in somewhere around 5pm that very day when all the other guests arrived, and I spend that evening and the next 3 days in bed trying to recover.
Now who wouldn't pay for ..... that.
