She posted the photo to FB, which is probably easily accessed by school administrators and students. The school likely has a policy about social media postings.

If he'd posted it, I think he'd have been fired and she'd have been reprimanded.

Still kind of stupid that she's lost her job and the team lost their coach over it - I personally don't think there's anything offensive or wrong with the photo (except for that weird looking head between the couple).

That weird head could just be their jealous Principle!

And no she should not have been fired!
He was just as guilty if so offensive, he should have gotten the boot as well! Yes double standard, she should pursue it in front of an arbitrary board.
