No. Too early. Adolf took a long while to mature into a fully fledged psychopath. There is plenty of time to see if history would repeat. Also, if today's age would let him mature into the same person. The world is a much smaller place now, people are much more well informed in 2013 than in 1935. The technology is a whole lot better too.
