No his fingerprints and DNA were not on the gun.
One anonymous armed response officer said he was sure Duggan had the gun in his possession and fired claiming he thought Duggan was about to raise the gun and fire. The gun flew 20 feet away as Duggan went down.
So how come no Duggan DNA or fingerprints were on the gun?
