I've heard some women say that it does, but I cant tell a difference at all. I think it makes a difference for the man though because the foreskin contains nerves. I've read that circumcision removes some of the feeling in theareas of the penis that are most responsive to touch. Perhaps thats why Moose doesnt like blow jobs.
