Promiscuous people are more at risk of contracting the virus due to high risk behaviours such as IV drug use and unprotected sex. That includes prostitutes, married men, HIV+ positive men and women who give blood transfusions and members of the gay community.

Get your head out of your ass Aussie and stop trying to be so PC. Drug users, blacks and homosexual men are the largest population of HIV and hepatitis carriers. It's a fact and there is a reason for it. They are all groups of people that IN GENERAL have more sexual partners than other groups of people. Therefore they are the ones most responsible for spreading it.
