I know Dylan's mom wants the other two people who were present to be arrested. I don't think that's gonna happen though. Maddison allegedly administered the fatal dose of heroin. As for the other two, even though taking pictures of their dead friend and posting them is terribly messed up, it's not illegal AFAIK.
