I wonder if all 3 of Dylan's friends were stoned out of their minds at the time and how long it took them to realize that he was dead, rather than blotto wasted. Maybe we'll get more details when Rogers goes to trial or takes a plea deal.

Found this law that I think might apply, but probably only on the misdemeanor level.

Ohio -- 2927.01 Abuse of a corpse.
(A) No person, except as authorized by law, shall treat a human corpse in a way that the person knows would outrage reasonable family sensibilities.

(B) No person, except as authorized by law, shall treat a human corpse in a way that would outrage reasonable community sensibilities.

© Whoever violates division (A) of this section is guilty of abuse of a corpse, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Whoever violates division (B) of this section is guilty of gross abuse of a corpse, a felony of the fifth degree.

Not sure why LE wouldn't charge all three of Dylan's friends with "abuse of a corpse" unless possibly they don't think or don't know if the trio realized Dylan was dead.
