CARLOS ORTIZ - INDICTED FOR MURDER OF ODIN LLOYD

Much of what LE learned immediately following the killing came from Carlos Ortiz, who was with Hernandez, Wallace, and Lloyd in the car prior to Lloyd's murder.
Ortiz was originally charged only with accessory, but parts of his story appear not to check out and he's now being charged with murder as well.
He pleaded "not guilty" today.
