Is not cash by nature alone currency?

I used to deposit cash into the kids accounts at Wells Fargo and they took it. I can't imagine any good reason why a bank wound not accept cash. I would have said right then fine, I'm closing my accounts right now.

I was told that they were not able to verify where it came from. Which, I can completely understand for large sums. .. It was $400 fit Christ's Sake!
Since when did you need to provide a dollar bill's life events since it's printing just to give it to the dollar bill depository?

I was sure to let the manager know that was obviously why I did not bank with them. She really didn't give a shit if I banked with them or not. She was not concerned about pleasing a customer. Our if my sister were to close her account. My sister really doesn't care if big brother wants to climb up her ass and inspect her tonsils.
