I need to increase my walk time -- lots of graduated inclines whichever route I take around here, which is good, and it's a work-out. But, I'm not challenging myself to go harder or farther and the pay off seems lower. Law of diminishing returns, I guess.
Also starting a 20 minute interval routine (straight offa OnDemand exercise channel ) on Monday.
