The Government is, once again, determining what is "offensive" . . . yet, it allows the same "offensive" term to be a revenue generating opportunity for all who are NOT the official holders of the "offensive" word.
A corporation is a legal person.
A person has the protected right of free speech.
Am I missing something, here?
