I'm waiting on an official statement from KFC too, cannongal -- hope they publish their findings.
Whatever did or didn't happen at the KFC, I'm glad that the plastic surgeon has volunteered his services and hope that there are no conditions associated with that offer. That's hugely beneficial to Victoria.
This gofundme site that Victoria's family is using to collect donations has appeared in another story that's gained a lot of attention recently.
It's also the means by which this man's mother is raising bail for her son, whom she claims is an innocent victim of Stockton Police's discrimination because of his old gang tattoos.

He's fine, sure. But, his mugshot has been all over the crime news and general news sites for days now because, well, he's fine. Who cares? I guess 60,000 people on Facebook have commented or liked it.

The guy has advertising gang tats, he's a felon, he's driving around with other felons, and there are guns in the car. If he was starting over like momma claims, he wasn't doing a good job of it. Still, 235 people so far have donated over $4k to the "Free Jeremy Meeks" campaign. Amazing.
