It looks like you're in need of having your ego pumped by baiting this woman to pursue you and then trying to act like she's the aggressor.
Not responding and not keeping pics after you sought out her contact info and initiated the exchange with the woman you've already "almost gotten into trouble with" isn't admirable and your initiation of the communication was a solicitation.
I don't really care what you do, but if you think this scenario makes you look desirable/attractive and like a good guy who resists temptation, you're wrong. At least, I don't view you that way.
