Okay, I figured out the "hopefully during, neither" as referring to the boxer or brief statement but I still need some help with the "both" comment when speaking of lights on or off.

It's good to see some things never change.

I read somewhere that the key to a good and long lasting marriage is when a man learns a few simple words and uses them regularly: "You're right and I'm wrong" and then he shuts the fuck up and starts washing the dishes or vacuuming or something. Personally, that would definitely work for me.
