I used to be very nervous here. I'd be here alone and hear every squeak this big, old house made. I still hear every little sound but now they are all like an old shoe. I don't know what I would do if someone got in. There are guns here and I know how to use them but I don't walk around with one and it would be an effort to go get one. I don't ever want to hurt someone like that and I'd be really pissed if I had to. I'd shoot him and then I'd kick him for making me do it. I hope I wouldn't be paralyzed with fear.
