The question that I have is: Who does that foreskin belong to?

I think up until it is removed it obviously belongs to the person but once removed it would be considered trash, for lack of a better word, and then it would belong to whoever is disposing of it. I'm sorta relating it to the cops needing a search warrant to go through someone's trash but once it's at the curb it's fair game...or something like that.
