Adrian Peterson was eligible to come off the Commissioners list yesterday, but it appears as if Gooddell will not be making any hasty decisions.

Word around here is that AP can tell our front office that he wants out until he's blue in the face, but we will not be granting him any favors.

I'd say there's an 85% chance he'll be wearing a purple helmet in Week 1.

You think they will give him touches?

For sure. The Vikes want him to play and play well this year.

Also, within an hour of my original post, the league reinstated Peterson.

I think they're holding out for a draft day trade. He's made it pretty clear he doesn't want to be there. The Vikes don't want to give him away for nothing.

I know the Carrinals are interested.
