Yes, probable cause and exigent circumstances could justify a search without consent and without a warrant blueberry. It's covered in a few of the posts over the last couple of pages.
If there's no record that Maytee gave consent, then police can either try to convince the judge that she did and she's lying, or they can argue that they didn't need consent nor a warrant under the circumstances.
Personally, I believe they'll do the latter.
