I say I want it to be difficult to get licensed, I say I want people to have to jump through hoops and then I think of the stylist who was waiting for all the red tape to get done and she was killed in her front yard by the person she was trying to protect herself from.

I don't know what the answer is that will keep society safe from unstable people but I like that we consistently talk about it in here.
