So I walk up quickly and shoot you in your car or do a drive by on you. I don't give a fuck whether I can have my gun loaded in my car or not; I'm out to kill you. You're still dead. Gun did you a fat lot of good.

The same could be said for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. In that instance yes it's worthless but most of those are gang related I aint no Gangsta.

Even in the misguided belief that having a gun in any given situation warrants its use. Sometimes a good punch in the jaw is enough, probably not worth a shit in a drive by either.
