Not all slaves were unhappy with their lot in life and there were a shit ton of them who didn't have the first clue what to do when they were freed. They suffered more free than they ever did at a plantation house.

It pretty much sucked to see the Prez going along with the perverted version of the Confederate flag instead of the true & honest version.

I see. Slavery wasn't all that bad. Freedom wasn't all that good. And acknowledging historical truths is perversion.
