One of my favorite recurring characters on Rockford Files was Jimmy's old prison pal Gandy, played by Isaac Hayes. Angel was my favorite, but Gandy was a close second.
Anyway........I caught the tale end of an episode on the oldies channel a couple of weeks back; guest-starring Isaac Hayes and Louis Gossett Jr. Every time Gandy called Rockford "Rockfish" it cracked me up. I don't know why; maybe it was his deadpan badass delivery. Or, maybe I was just tired and drunk.
