Republican in-fighting in Congress; that's how I see it.
The Tea Party Republicans, like Mark Meadows, contend that Boehner is essentially not conservative and strong enough -- that he is subservient to the executive branch. That strikes me as funny; I don't see any Republicans in Congress, including Boehner (who tried to sue Obama), as being under the thumb of the President.
I do not believe that Meadows' bid to oust Boehner will succeed. He'd need to muster a majority vote of the entire chamber -- Republicans and Democrats.
But, I agree that Boehner sucks (and he's got a lot of like company on the Hill in that regard, IMO).
