Even clang seems normal, what he does in private is his own business and I don't know why he feels the need to share it with us other to just get it off his chest amongst strangers he'll never likely meet, or he's trolling.

A little bit. On rare occasions I say gross stuff just to get a reaction(sadly more often than not its all true). But sometimes it makes me sad when I try to be serious and they think I'm being funny/trolling and vice versa.
