This story actually makes me really sad, so the only way I can deal with it is stupid jokes. I can see the sadness on the officers face as well. I can't imagine. Although I know someone else who lost a small child when they ran out into a road and got hit by a car. A family relative was watching the child at the time, it is very tragic and a terrible thing to happen to a family.

Yes very tragic in deed. However, they had closure, sad, but the end.
