How was your first day at work?

Long and boring, except for the end of the day when I had to wait an hour after work to catch the bus home, and then the bus didn't stop so I had to wait another hour for my brother to pick me up. No phone work yet, it will be at least two weeks before I get my phone/computer login. Months before I'm put on the phone, and months before I get my permanent pass/ID badge. Right now they have me doing some filing. On the upside I know what time. My lunch and breaks are. Still need to ask when I start getting paid.

Everything is in baby steps, baby steps, easier on you, not getting deluged with a hundred things all at once.

And as for the bus, when you see the bus coming, wave your hands so the driver sees you.
And if that doesn't work, take a slight step out and let the bus just graze you. Then you could sue the bus company for millions and not have to work at all!
