I'd love to see Serena able to Martina (in her prime).

I'm bummed that Serena didn't capture the Grand Slam this year. She beat Venus in the quarter finals, but just saw that she got bumped from the U.S. Open finals by unseeded 33-year-old Italian Roberta Vinci yesterday (pictured with Serena below); 2-6, 6-4, 6-4.



Still a great year for Serena, but gotta be a major blow not to take it all at this point in her career.

There's something to be said about eating pasta!
