Angles are all wrong, not to mention the size difference between the average man and woman. And I'm with Crash. If women gonna be the death of me, well what a way to go.
Once upon a long time ago I got hold of a willing partner and the Kama Sutra and we tried out a great many of the positions. Come to find out, many are damn near unworkable or just plain awkward. I do, however, highly recommend a variation on sixty nine where the male literally holds the female on his chest reverse style, locked hands in the small of her back, while she utilizes her hands on his lower half. Standing up didn't work so well due to blood flow to the brain and gravity. But in a recliner? Whooooboy. Gave her all sorts of grinding leverage and allowed for quite a bit of mutual pleasure but no nose-in-the-asscrack.
