Like HotD said it doesn't bother me unless it's in formal or professional context. If I'm writing a formal letter I make sure everything is 100% correct.
Here I don't much care. I often make mistakes that I know are wrong and for some reason I do it anyway and don't think about it until my 15 minute editing time is up. For example I'll type it's instead of its. I figure I type well enough where everyone can understand me and that's good enough for you assholes.
English was always my best class, however. I found it a hell of a lot easier than math or science.
