I went on to read the comments and it turns out that this was a movie based on actual shootings. "Zero Day" is name of movie and it was released in 2003...according to info on internet.

Thanks for checking up on that. It was somewhat disturbing how nonchalant they were through the clip, and the counting thing was surreal.
