I talk to my family like that, but wouldn't talk to a stranger like that. It's in a loving jokingly way though, that's just the way we talk to each other. Here's an example....
Me: WTF are you doing?
Son: Cooking bacon.
Me: Why the fuck are you adding butter to it?
Son: That's the way my dad makes it.
Me: Your father is a fucking retard, do you not think the bacon already makes enough damn grease on its own?
Son: Yeah I guess you're right
.
