Hafthór Björnsson Or "the mountain" on game of thrones is 6' 9" and 400 lbs. and will be in the Arnold strongman classic March 4Th this year. He picked up an impressive 284 lbs dumbbell (not Michael Moore) with one hand over his head. That is one crazy feat I tell ya. Very impressive.
