I don't see them losing much of a step in their defense even with the post-victory raiding that goes on.

After losing Trevathan and Malik Jackson? Those are young, talented guys... your front 7 is definitely weaker. I doubt you'll draft anyone at 32 that'll replace those caliber players in the short term. And yeah, over the next 2-3 years, you'll have a lot of guys who want to get paid when their contract comes up. Gets hard to retain talent. Look at Seattle's defense. (The Pats can do it because Tom makes half what he could, saves them 10M a year and sets an example.)

Vonn Miller is a free agent now too. I think they will tag him to keep him but that will use a lot of CAP space. What will they do with Brandon Marshall? At best I think Denver ends up with a watered down version of a once great defense and an offense led by... Wait for it... Butt fumble. I'm gonna say it now. No playoffs for the Broncos in 2016.
