There have been plenty of other elections that were worse than this one.

I've watched a few episodes of Race for The White House on CNN and learned some things about historical candidates that I'd never heard/read before.

I don't know if there have been elections worse than this one, but it seems most of them have involved some mud slinging and/or a scandal or two.
