I didn't want to interrupt the NFL thread; copied Cutz's post here for follow-up.
I read a little while back that the shooter was going to use a stand-your-ground defense because, he claimed, Smith was the aggressor in the fender bender and he was in reasonable fear for his life when Smith came at him after the accident.
I think that's gonna be a hard sell given he shot Smith 8 times and shot Smith's wife too.
Anyway, today a grand jury indicted Cardell Hayes of second degree murder against Will Smith and attempted murder of Smith's wife Racquel.

I had a guest professor/speaker today for Quant decision making. He said he had to get grades in by today for his Executive MBA class he was teaching in New Orleans for a lot of sports professionals. Former and current players who own businesses and such and want a career after sports. He brought the finals on the plane because it's a great way to get stuff done and pass the time. The name on the top final was Will Smith's. Man.
