That anti-abortion video doesn't 'debunk' the 3% statistic by Planned Parenthood, it confirms it. Despite the anti-abortion rhetoric in the video, the producers don't claim that the 3% is false.
Those who oppose abortion just don't like that valid statistic and think it's misleading. It's not misleading to me, but I understand what "all services" means.
Anti-abortion activists or people like me who like statistics can use accurate/audited numbers published openly by PP to determine the percentage of abortions per visits, abortion as a percentage of patients, abortion as a percentage of pregnancy tests, etc. -- plenty of ways to legitimately come up with another statistic which increases the abortion percentage/ratio; just change the comparative base. No problem.
