Friday the 13th - 2009

We went and saw this Friday night. It was horrible. The first 30 minutes were good, and the gratuitous nudity was reminiscint of old horror flicks, but the rest of the movie was just bad bad bad. We did have some hearty laughs though, so we weren't pissed about spending money on it.
We liked Halloween, seriously Rob Zombie needs a hug or something that guy is crazy

3) "we did have some hearty laughs" - another positive comment and I agree again. As I reported in my first post with my review I thought they did a good job mixing in the horror, scary music, killing and humor.

Of course these movies are not BETTER then the originals, but as current "modern" horror films I think they are pretty good. Back then those originals both scared us and were gory. now we are all jaded because the gore is commonplace now. for those reasons I think this was pretty good.
