It's being reported that North Korea tested another bomb overnight and according to the USGS it created a 6.3 earthquake. I don't know what the answer is to this but I'm certain that allowing Kim to call the shots is not it.

He will never give up his nuclear weapons. I've read that he believes if he does that it will be the beginning of the end for him, there will be nothing to stop anyone from attempting a regime change.
