You don't need a headboard to tie someone to a bed effectively. You can just slip the rope under the mattress and tie each end to a wrist/ankle. Or if the bed is on a frame with no head/footboard, just tie to the frame instead.

I'd rather not spend 15 minutes being nigger rigged to the bed. I'd prefer to just get fucked and be done with it.
