I think when a person gives, it should not feel like an obligation. If you want to give something to someone else, somewhere else that is fine. I think those sort of things are better from the heart than feeling obligated.

I tried to tell the police association people that. They alway send me tickets to some stupid basketball game, then tell me I have to make a donation for the tickets. I hate the fuckin police association.
