I think it's a good choice.
There's no 'discrimination' in not picturing a man on the cover, in my opinion. It was women who broke their silence about being sexually harassed and assaulted and inspired the #MeToo movement and cultural change.
And, men who supported and helped women tell their stories publicly were acknowledged in the article.
