SEXUAL HARASSMENT

It's weird to me when men don't open the door and I've never met a woman who considered that simple gesture an "uncomfortable experience" or "sexual harassment".

I find it hard to believe that a man was fired simply because he opened the door for women on the job and suspect there's more to the story.

Anyway, I always open the door for whomever's behind me; it's just common courtesy, in my opinion.

That was my first thought too, but apparently there isn't more to it. It was open and shut. The complaint was made and down the road he went.
